Since 2017, Joseph Descallar has represented the Academe sector of HRRACI. With a background in nursing and organizational development, he currently serves as School President of the Asian College of Technology – International Education Foundation Inc. He also holds a Doctorate Degree in Management from the University of San Jose – Recoletos. Currently he is also part of the Nursing Board of Association.
