Jonathan C. Nowell

Jonathan Nowell has over 42 years of experience in the hotel industry, a career that spans five continents and 22 countries. A skilled hotelier, he has worked with four- and five-star properties, including a ten year career with Hyatt and Hilton International followed by independent hotels and resorts.

Jonathan’s expertise extends all throughout the operations of the industry, from front and back of the house, to food & beverage, directorship, and eventually the role of General Manager. Prior to joining Jpark, he was based in The Seychelles and Myanmar and also served consulting assignments in Thailand.

Jonathan is a British National and holds hospitality degree at Ealing College University West London, in the United Kingdom. He is also a certified Provisional ISO Auditor registered with the Chartered Quality Institute and The International Register of Certificated Auditors UK. (CQI & IRCI) In addition to being a member of the Food Service Society International (FCSI), Jonathan is also an active member of the Chaine de Rotisseurs.
