DR. Grayfield T. Bajao

Dr. Grayfield Bajao champions the hospitality industry in the realm of education. He has extensive training and linkages with top industry organizations both in Cebu and abroad, including The Royal Institution Singapore and the City & Guilds of London Institute. He also works closely with government agencies such as Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Currently serving as Dean of the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Cebu – Lapulapu and Mandaue, he ensures the continued tradition of world-class service that Cebu’s graduates are known for.
